Cancellation Policy:

* Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return and Exchange Policy:

* Returns are accepted only within 3 days from the delivery date. Late requests will not be accepted.

* Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all packaging and tags intact.

* For hygiene reasons, used or washed items are not eligible for return.

* Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged

* If pickup service is unavailable, you are responsible for shipping the product to our office. Return or exchange charges may apply.

Refund Policy:

* Refunds are processed for quality, size, color, design mismatches or if an item is incorrect, or damaged.

* Refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees and return shipping costs.
